Beautiful elegant color, very fruity, floral, good nose, very lingering flavor.

Grapes : 30% GRENACHE, 30% CINSAULT, 40% MOURVEDRE.

Wine making : unpressed drop wine, low temperature fermentation, 12°C for one month, malolactic fermentation over. Bottled in September, the following year.
