The Domaine of Ray-Jane showcases the work of generations of winemakers since 1288, animated by the same passion, the love of vineyards and wine.
The Domaine RAY-JANE was created in 1970 by Raymond and Jane CONSTANT who, by uniting their lives together, united the lands of their winemaker ancestors and brought to life this creation.
Animated by the same flame handed down by their ancestors, their son Alain and his wife Anne have been actively running the Domaine since 2002.
Now a new generation is joining them. Their sons Julien and Vincent CONSTANT have in turn carried on a family history that has been passed down for more than 700 years.

Our vines have always been cared of without the use of chemicals, weed killers, insecticides and systemic agents, with the utmost respect for tradition and nature, as our ancestors did before us.
Domaine RAY-JANE commitment to its culture is certifed by Ecocert’s «Ecological Agriculture» label.
Our vineyard, which has taken shape over time, is made of more than one third of century year-old vines on about thirty hectares of clay and limestone soil, growing on terraces of dry stones, consisting mainly of the Mourvèdre grape variety of the Bandol appellation. It extends over the communes of Castellet, La Cadière, Bandol, Sanary sur mer and Le Beausset.
The grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard, as well as at the reception in the cellar. The vinifcation is done entirely in the Domaine, keeping the stems on the grapes.
For our red wines, the alcoholic fermentation takes place for 4 to 6 weeks, followed by ageing in French oak barrels for a minimum of 22 months.
In addition, Domaine RAY-JANE has one of the fnest collections of more than 30,000 barrel-making tools. Visiting this collection is reserved for the customers or by appointment.
Nowadays, our wines are recognized throughout the world for their quality and authenticity.
Our Terroir is exported to the United States, Australia, all over Europe and to the French overseas departments.
We regularly appear in specialized magazines such as « La Revue des Vins de France », « Bettane et Desseauve », « Le Guide Hachette » or the international magazine « Decanter ».
