Domaine Ray-Jane 2012

Alain Constant highlights the Grenache grapes into his rosé wine, supplemented with Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Always it offers a very young aspect with aromas of grapefruit and fennel. Unusually for a rosé, it makes a malolactic fermentation, but keeps a lot of vigor and acidity. A rustic touch can surprise, but once tamed, it is a delight.
