Red wine for very long aging (20 years). Our AOC Bandol red wines come from century-old vines, not stalked. They are composed with 90% of MOURVEDRE, 5% CINSAULT and 5% Grenache.
Winemaking: fermentation 21°C to 30°C. for 20 days, automatic winding. The red wines are aged in oak barrels of 40 hectoliters for 2 years.
